IMPORTANT: Licenses are valid until January 31st of each year regardless of the date of your initial application for registration.
Your initial registration fees are based on your application date as follows:
Fees are $720 for applications received between February 1st and July 31st of each year.
Fees are $470 for applications received between August 1st and December 31st of each year. *Note If your application is processed in December, you will need to renew your license before the end of January.
Applications are not be processed in January. Applications received in January will only be processed in February.
